Homo sapien (today) "The industrial nations of the world and their governments have been swept forward by the pressure of invention, through a barrier they did not see, into a world they have not yet understood. As the resources of the earth become more depleted, populations more crowded and more deprived, the greater will be their effort to pass the problem on to the next generation. Self-deception will become more persuasive, optimism will take hold" Prof C.D.Darlington.
BBC Any Questions? How interesting all their answers are: showing how very little we have progressed socially, and why? Missing the ‘point’ in/our ‘The Fear of Freedom’ Erich Fromm. (fear of being labelled to the 20th century-isms of capitalism, socialism, communism, so on…
Regime and ‘Cultural Attitude Change’ USA and UK’ – ‘Barack Obama’ in the 21st Century! Who has got the responsibility? "I was reminded of something Justice Louis Brandeis once said: that in a democracy, the most important office is the office of citizen. Barack Obama ‘The Audacity Of Hope’.

The only way to sort out a depression quickly is to ‘throw cash directly at all the ‘ordinary’ people’ (Keynesian Economics http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keynesian_economics USA’s 3% of annual GDP is not nearly enough: $1 given to – unemployed / poor / lower class / small ethnic minority: not to be given to the middle, or upper class, where money is saved and badly distributed, if at all. Social security must be spent, not saved, and is worth $1.60 to the countries overall economy. It is only a return of 0.50$ to the 1$ to rescue a ‘Bank’, or ‘Other Finaancial Institution’; but without a Bank, or some of the Other Financial Institutions you will be a very stuck! This lesson to eradicate poverty and deprivation, obviously has not been learnt by the greedy, or our governments (holding interest rates too high, for too long, example: ECB), UK, and USA’s – ‘lack of health-care’ – with their worst records on… USA and UK having the worst inequality record, poverty (children) and deprivation – childhood pregnancies, prison populations, so on…"By the 1980’s, because of drastic changes in the economy, welfare could not be relied on to contain working-class discontent…Imprisonment, as a mode of controlling the poor, the "surplus population", so on…Criminality created by the State (Media’s, negative hype and sale of news – State, propaganda and control). Controlling The Dangerous Class, so on…, throughout history, an appalling indictment; we need to look at "crime", who defines it, (the Judeo-Christian, failed ethic and ethos’s – many Schools, Institutions, Government and Parliament, with dangerous dogmas and illusions of a mass morality) and to what purpose, especially when the final result is the lack of decent conditions of life for the majority of the world’s people, and voraciously sumptuous consumption of earthly goods by small elites." ‘Science, Materialism And The Study Of Culture’ Murphy and Margolis. When it costs absolutely nothing to sort this out; like some of the more advanced countries in the West – how appalling are all the ones who think, or even worse, know that they are the ‘best and the most powerful’, but are really the worst!
