Tit for Tat in Human Relationship’s. Your Carbon Trail and What is Necessary.

Tit for Tat or Game Theory

In relationships; human interactions, conflicts, evolution, and social evolution of humankind . Tit for Tat is a serious key to open up some very important knowledge for all of us. It should be taught early at school and could be fully understood as a part of  Evolutionary Theory. Not a theory, now fact of course. Except, by an annoying and cranky minority of intelligent designers and creationists. Nigel Calder’s book ‘Magic Universe’ explains; Tit for Tat. Also, explained as the Prisoner’s Dilemma, and the choice between cooperation and defection; being a successful cheat. Robert Axelrod and Hamilton reckoned, "The gear wheels of social evolution have a ratchet". Tit for Tat is a real-life strategy.

Tit for Tat – one defector – then, reconciliation/a reconciler – defect again, so on – problem solved or cheat? Richard Brodie’s book ‘Virus Of The Mind’ and Richard Dawkins ‘Selfish Gene’ or Vilayanur Ramachandran’s ‘The Emerging Mind’. These books, I feel, are some important keys to open up our own horizon’s of knowledge. Tit for Tat and understanding the Tit for Tat Theory could do the same thing!

Problems in the world’s hot spots and the problems with personality disordered dictatorial leaders (Bush – Blair ‘war in Iraq’ and Afghanistan) or disordered people and the factions in the squabbling warring parts of the world. i.e. Middle and Near East religious, theocracies, countries and the factions within such as; the Jewish State vs Palestinian State, Sunni Muslims vs Shia Muslims etc: could learn from Tit for Tat game theory, and share peacefully in their countries without the ridiculous ideas of dividing areas of our world up with barriers and borders. Surely, this is only a matter of some humanist education, like the teaching of school children that they sometimes need to give way and share, and there is no excuses for violence. We have this in our law. Why are these ridiculous leaders exempt ? How can they or their country possibly express any religiosity. Religiosity the basis of the generic fault in humankind REBT Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. Are people so all very stupid to uphold a religion or culture when all it is causing is hatred, death, and division : mostly and most of the time harming the ignorant and poor. They must learn to share just like naughty children who don’t; most children learn, mine are trying hard; so why not our leaders or the few people who go about maiming and being so cruel.

OK, so you are cleverer, your religion is better, you work harder, you built more, and it’s your land. Answer is, grow up, share now, and tare down the pathetic borders of your land. Otherwise you just fall into the hands of the politicians who seem to be outside any laws. Read, Robert Fisk, The Great War For Civilisation The Conquest Of The Middle East, for an insight in to the never ending real life horror perpetrated by our governments and people upon people. All of us have had enough, and we must say so at every opportunity that individually we have! See, What Is A Nation (a monstrous cant and sung into men) blog entry, under the philosophy section.

In the UK – a debate is going on about the result of the Zacarias Moussaoui trial, the above and in this context seems interesting. The jury in the trial do seem to be more sophisticated than their peers in power; ‘the neocons’ who pushed for the death penalty and still have it in their ‘civilised country’. Maybe, imbalance in sophistication is the same all over the world and due to a way our democracy’s have been set up? Carl Sagan had some answers for this and they are on the blog somewhere. It goes something like this, "The people in power are crazy. They have to be, because…"

Where is, Kahlid Sheik Mohammad USA? That must of been a big question on someones mind. Embarrassed, and not able to hold the moral high ground, and not enough high ground, to give out the death penalty for Zacarias, hum?

The carbon trail or your carbon footprint, a great memes (memetics) in the making, it could be personal or corporate and needs some thinking about. Maybe the Chelsea Tractor – could, go! www.bp.com/carbonfootprint/

What is necessary in our lives and to not destroy our world for future generations?

Dr Susan Blackmore.

Thinking about and exploring:  www.susanblackmore.co.uk Take a trip, if you are not hung up and young with someone your are fond of and see what you can find, put some great music on : for me the good 60’s appropriate music etc; and no aggressive music, don’t drive, go out only if in a nice area, have sex, try and plan it a little, no downers or alcohol as those will mess it all up. You don’t want to be messed up, like the people who regularly use downers and alcohol, the favourite’s of the 60,s Straights!

"Where the wind doesn’t blow, you surely shouldn’t go". Led Zeppelin.

"All people flit around in the lowest states of consciousness and into the highest, randomly throughout their life, but only a few ever want to or can order their own thoughts". Me. Note, sometimes I find this very difficult! Amazing the creatures that we all are.

Afterlife, "The knowledge of the other world can be obtained here only by losing some of that intelligence which is necessary for this present world". Immanuel Kant, 1724-1804, Encarta quotes. msn quote.

About luckyme0

My First family, second marriage, bringing up my 18-year-old twins, boy, and girl. I am a third generation Humanist, who has some old handwritten information and notes; collected over many years. Someone may find the articles interesting, or helpful. They could bring back a little ‘reality’, after being ‘shocked’ and ‘brainwashed’, by some malicious group, or institution (REBT Therapy). People should know better, than to do this, to our very young, and the ‘obviously’ vulnerable! Go to easily accessible, non-superstitious knowledge that is not charlatanism! https://charleslizzy.com/2011/08/06/independent-schools-inspectorate-isi-marketing-spirituality-buzzword-or-maybe-even-for-you-to-shiver-at-the-something/ The blog has given me an incentive to order my thoughts, learn, and read up again, after a few non-thinking years of (very silly) imagination and passion. Why not, get your own key to a ‘door’, customise it to suit you, and it can be, all of your very own! Don’t believe, or be led by someone else’s; inherited, stupid, and a very likely (past, and not of today’s) ‘totally preposterous reality’s’. Only some interest in the ‘really big questions’, keeps life above the level of a farce, and very little else! KEEP THINKING! Some of the posts may need some correcting. Interests: REBT Counselling, Atheism, Secularism, Humanism, Psychology, Reading, Popular Science, School Ethos, Philosophy, History, Family, Parenting, Psychology, Horse Riding, Sailing, Rescue Boat Driver, Skiing (Teppichswinger), TV Documentaries, Motorbike Cross Country Riding, Volunteer Sports Stewarding, Writing, Primitive Man, Pre-history, Social Anthropology, British Humanist Association, BHA, Meaning of Life, The Big Questions, Where am I, What am I, Why am I, Hippie Love, Knowledge, Education, Globalisation. Favorite quote: “The world belongs to those who, at least to some degree, have figured it out.” Carl Sagan, ‘The Demon Haunted World’, ‘Contact’, and other famous books DVD ‘Cosmos’. The warning of another and horrendous, “Age of Superstition”. “Isn’t there something deeply absurd in the presumption that children ought to inherit beliefs from their parents. It can be deeply damaging, even lethally divisive. A ‘them’, with an ‘against us’, mentality” – Professor Richard Dawkins. “The will to believe is stronger than mere reason in the vast majority of people” – Dr J.Brown, Army Psychologist of the 1960′s. Humans will believe in almost anything, in fact, they seek it! Why? “98% of us, trained to be just good consumers, let’s train our children to be the 2% who have their very own creativity and discernment”; quote by a famous surreal artist. “The lack of reason brings forth monsters”. “Global interconnectedness is lethal against mass religion, nationalism, racism, and other destructive memeplexes. Let us connect everybody they hate it in restrictive regimes”; from the ‘meme learning group’, Richard Brodie’s book, ‘Virus Of The Mind’ (Richard Brodie a designer for ‘Microsoft Word’). Following on, J.Bronowski, and ‘The Ascent Of Man’ TV series, and a book http://www.bbcshop.com/science+nature/the-ascent-of-man/invt/9781849901154/ with the last DVD in this series, ‘The Long Childhood’ being especially revealing. ‘Prehistory’ and the ‘Making of the Human Mind’ by Colin Renfrew, with P.Wilson’s, ‘The Domestication of the Human Species’, and Nigel Spivey’s, TV series and book, ‘How Art Made The World’, offers some further explanations.
